**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Customer Interactions:** Deliver accurate quotes and detailed information to our clients. Engage in promoting, presenting, and negotiating the sale of products and services. Use effective sales techniques to build relationships with both existing and prospective clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and expertise.
  • **Quotation Preparation:** Understand the intricacies of creating comprehensive quotations that include information related to materials, processes, and machinery. Your ability to communicate complex details in an accessible manner will be essential.
  • **Lead Generation:** Demonstrate skills in identifying and generating fresh leads to fuel business growth and expand our customer base.
  • **Communication Skills:** Exhibit strong communication capabilities, both written and verbal, while maintaining excellent references to support your candidacy.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

– **Education:** A high school diploma is mandatory. We prefer candidates with a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, logistics, or a related field, showcasing a solid academic foundation.

– **Experience:** Candidates should possess 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, account management, or sales roles, preferably in the automotive or service sectors. An essential asset would be basic proficiency in Japanese; non-native speakers are encouraged to hold a TOEIC Test certification with a score of 730 or higher.
